What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate shopping centers, office, healthcare and/or industrial facilities.

  • ​Negotiate exclusive listings agreements, direct market exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiate offers.

​

  • Advise clients on individual strategic investment opportunities.

  • Prepare proposals for clients and prospects - Create Market Value Presentations and Offering Memorandums

​

  • ​Analyze financials, market, and industry reports, researching ownership records.

​

  • ​Actively participate in due diligence process and management of escrow.
