What You’ll Do

Evaluate shopping centers, office, healthcare and/or industrial facilities.

​Negotiate exclusive listings agreements, direct market exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiate offers.

Advise clients on individual strategic investment opportunities.

Prepare proposals for clients and prospects - Create Market Value Presentations and Offering Memorandums

​Analyze financials, market, and industry reports, researching ownership records.

​Actively participate in due diligence process and management of escrow.
